Creativity Project Day 2 – Bake Something
Hello again! Creativity Project Day 2 is something yummy! We can bake something!
Okay so I personally have never been crazy about baking and all that because I am just not great at it. Also, cleaning dishes is the worst. BUT! If you have followed around then you know I took a cake decorating class and well, it’s still not my favorite thing to do, but it’s okay! I am just not very comfortable baking, but I learned a lot and I am happy that I got out of my comfort zone because that is the only way you really grow.
Anyway, today I baked cookies. Healthy, whole ingredient cookies. I absolutely love cookies but, I can’t really eat them anymore. Well, I am choosing not to eat them anymore. I have been on a fitness and lifestyle change and the hardest part for me was giving up sweets and sugar (especially when it is my time of the month). I am happy with my progress! But, it’s not really cookies that are the issue it’s the processed ingredients that come with it that really affect me.
So, while I don’t eat traditional store bought cookies, I don’t think there is anything wrong with the cookies I made here. Check out the recipe below.
Please note, I am by no means a food blogger and I have no idea what I am doing most of the time. So, take this recipe with a grain of salt (or not, hahah food jokes).
