Crochet and Knit Santa Hat Pattern
I know we are all gearing up for the holidays and maybe we still have some parties left to attend or we are just feeling festive and would like to bring a little Christmas spirit to our friends and family. Today’s post will be a crochet AND knit santa hat pattern! Sometimes we just don’t have time to learn a new craft and need to just get ‘er done.
The best part about these? They work up SO quickly, on both knitting and crochet. You really can’t go wrong, right?
Anyway, the yarn I used for the white part of the santa hats was kind of hard to work with, but the red was normal, here’s a good one you can use it was easier on the knitting needles, if you are curious and thinking about which one to choose. Anyway let’s get to the fun part!

Creating The Pom Pom
The pom pom for both hats was made the same, I just took the remaining yarn I had and created a mini ball, just like how you start when you roll your own balls. Then I tied it and sewed it to the point on my hat. Unfortunately Stella destroyed the pom pom on the knit hat.
Funny story – Stella hates Santa Hats, But I love her!
