The Knit Kit Review
A few month’s back I stumbled upon this kit called the Knit Kit and it’s marketed as an all-in-one tool for knitters. I bought it, and here is my knit kit review. I hope you love !
What is It?
The Knit kit is an all-in-one tool for knitters and crocheters. The kit incudes a tape measurer, stitch counter, needle gauge, thread cutter, crochet hook, yarn needle, stitch markers and and needle point protectors. It comes in a few colors online, but I chose blue beacuse this was the only color they had in at the time. I probably would have gone with silver if they had it. The idea is that its easy to travel with and it’s the only thing you will need.
In the video I show you the knit kit up close and provide my review. I thought I would summarize it below as well.
Overall I think this is a good product. It retails for $28.50 on their website which I think is a little expensive. I realize that you are “saving” money on all the things you’re not going to need anymore but…I already spent money on my gauges, needle stoppers, scissors, crochet hooks, tape measurer etc. Ya know? So I wouldn’t say it’s a necessary purchase, but if you are traveling then I do think this is a great companion and easy to bring with you.
- variety of colors
- Made in the USA
- TSA Approved (yes, the scissors are as well ! )
- The crochet hook is not secure and I already lost mine.
- The stitch counter is a little tough, but maybe it gets easier after more use?
So that’s it! overall I think this is a good accessory to have and I think it works well and does what it says it is supposed to (minus the whole crochet hook that I lost). And if you are getting this for a crafty friend as a gift then I think they’re going to love it! Let me know on Twitter and Instagram if you have this!
