Perfect On The Go Workout
If you have been following it’s travel week on the blog ! Unintentional but I think it’s cool haha. While I was away, I stuck to working out ! I actually enjoy working out and the energy I get from it. And since I was driving, I also used the workout as a way to stretch the entire body. Here is my perfect on the go workout that you can do in a hotel gym, or modified to be in your room.
If you’re staying in a safe area, city, or have a hotel gym or a place with stairs you can do 15-20 mins of cardio easily ! I was lucky enough to have a gym at all the hotels we stayed at, but I did a stair workout as well just so I can work on my glutes.
1 minute brisk walk/jog speed
30 seconds sprint !
Repeat above for 15 minutes, or 20 if you can make it.
Note, I usually start with 5 minutes of walking. Just walking. I find that it gets the spring in my step and I have a good enough warm up to make it through 15.
You can do the same thing on the streets.
For a staircase workout I would do the following. Run up and down 3 times, then do an ab workout to slow your heartrate back down. Then run up and down 3 more times, and repeat the ab workout. – this can be done 4 times. You will feel it !
That’s my little workout you can do anywhere on the go. I also worked with weights but you might not have access to those, so I will save that for a different workout post !
