I have goals fo 2020 and one of them is to be more health oriented. I won’t be doing a special diet, but I am vegetarian, so there’s that. Below are a few of the reasons and ways that I want to get healthy.
While I don’t eat meat, my diet is far from clean. I can eat carbs for days (who wouldn’t) and have a sweet tooth. So for me this goal is more about eating the right things more often.
My goal is to bring my own food more, eat less processed foods but most importantly to learn more about what foods work best for my body and fuel me better.
