Guys, the Arabella Shawl is done!
I love it, it’s gorgeous, lightweight and fashionable! Now that I’m done, I wanted to talk about the entire pattern and some things worth mentioning after you get a chance to watch the video.
I’ve said it before and I will say it again, super duper easy and straightforward. Even if you just picked up a pair of needles, this pattern is for you. The hardest part is the lace row, and you can find a tutorial of it from me here, so you don’t really have an excuse now, do you?
Super soft and easy to use. It’s single spun so you wont find yourself knitting into the yarn and having it separate (does that happen to anyone else?). So I think the yarn is amazing, the colors are beautiful and they are selling out so make sure you get them here! The only downside is because it is soft, if there is a tangle the yarn will start to fuse together, but nothing too crazy and it definitely didn’t take away from the overall project.
The Final Product
The pattern works up quickly enough, keep in mind it is a BIG shawl haha. I would easily knit one (at least) triangular panel a night and I didn’t feel rushed or overworked. Because the pattern is repetitive it is the perfect project to snuggle up and watch reality TV or Netflix with. Yes, I binged on both of them, don’t judge…
So if you have watched each episode, thank you ! I hope it inspired you to get the pattern, buy the yarn and knit! Huge thank you to Skeino, a company that is so great I am really proud to have said I worked with them!
I will have many more videos coming along after this! And to all my crochet friends, I have not forgotten about you! Do you guys want a bloopers video of this whole project? Let me know!
