Yoga By Candace Week 3 and 4 #strongflow Update
So I have been working on my fitness with the Yoga By Candace #strong flow, here are my other two updates and I have to tell you guys that I love this program so, so much! The prorgam isn’t done yet, so I’ll probably have a final check in next week, but today is week 3 and part of week 4 #strongflow update.
I love the hiit (minus the burpees) because they are quick, and I can just be like “one more round” or “just one more minute” so, I love that, and the yoga that is mixed in is great. I am constantly inspired by Candace’s Instagram and I decided to actually do my own workout instagram post! whaaaat!
I am actually really self conscious about my workouts, I also don’t share because I am not an instructor or trained or do anything like that – So who am I to do anything like that, but I figured if I can step out of my comfort zone, maybe it will inspire someone else to do the same!
I haven’t really been following the yoga because I take yoga at a local studio. Sometimes I find myself not wanting to go to class ( I recently realized that my studio is expenisve af) I will instead put on some music and just do what I want to do. Sometimes I stretch, sometimes I dance, and sometimes I do a nice yoga practice.
Like I said, I wasn’t really focusing on a pose but more of a balance. Life and work, yoga and life, that type of balance and it has been going well! I am not sure why but I think I am getting stressed – weird because I do not feel stressed at all but my sleep hasn’t been great and I feel more irritable…I am working on it!!
